We had so much fun with our friends, hanging out on the terrace and playing around in the playground. The hotel staff was super cool and helped us with whatever we needed. Plus, they had digital programming in our room, so we could watch all our favorite shows and movies. It was a blast!
The only thing we wished for was a more happening party scene at the hotel. We were looking for some wild nights with our friends, but the hotel didn't have any special events or activities for young party-goers.

Very basic, noise from other rooms, unpleasant location. More like a hostel than a hotel, very bad value.

The value for money at Hotel Fenix was excellent, with a comfortable room and friendly staff. The location was convenient for travelers with easy access to the motorway.
The morning meal could have been improved with a wider breakfast selection.

As a businessman attending an assembly, I chose this hotel because it provided a restaurant, a bar/lounge, and a meeting room. The facilities were convenient and well-maintained, contributing to a productive stay in the business district.
The only service that I missed for my work was a dedicated business center with printing and copying facilities. It would have been helpful for last-minute document preparation and other business needs.

The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and attentive, always willing to help. the rooms were clean and the Wi-Fi was quick and reliable. the hotel had plenty of parking space available, which was a huge advantage for us as we were traveling by car. the location was great, with easy access to the city center and a beautiful view of the New Cathedral from our window.
We did experience a few drawbacks during our stay. the check-in process was a bit slow, and the cleanliness of the bathroom left something to be desired.

The room was clean and the wifi worked well. The breakfast in the public bar area was simple but satisfying. The hotel's location was convenient, as it was just a short walk along the main road to the old city.
The hotel felt a bit scruffy and could use some updating. The parking was not as secure as advertised, being located next to a main road.

Traveling to/from ferry/Portugal, we have stayed at Hotel Fenix three times now, and it has always been a perfect stop. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive. The new and comfortable mattress provided a great night's sleep. The hotel was clean and had quick, reliable Wi-Fi. I was even able to enjoy a view of the New Cathedral from my window. Despite the high temperatures, the mechanical fan kept my room cool. There was plenty of parking space, and the area felt quiet and safe. The hotel's restaurant offered a tasty menu of the day for just 10 euros.
Can just recommend this hotel.

The hotel has a convenient location, a nice bar and restaurant, and there are shops and restaurants nearby. Free WiFi and parking are also provided, and there is beautiful natural scenery in the area.
Oh, and let's not forget the fabulous customer service from the rude receptionist and the joy of discovering that my reservation didn't actually include a bed… Fun times at Hotel Fenix!

Managed to walk to tourist spots, even though my feet were killing me! Ate at the "typical Spanish food" restaurant, didn't get food poisoning. Free Wi-Fi, but I had to sit in the lobby with strangers.
So glad I didn't bring my car! Parked it in the "secure" parking lot, right next to a busy road.

The room at Hotel Fenix was cozy and comfortable, with a nice TV and heating to keep us warm. The private bathroom had a bathtub, and it even came with free toiletries. Plus, we loved the free WiFi connection!
Personally, I wasn't a fan of the bathtub in the private bathroom. But hey, that's just me.

I got great value for my money at Hotel Fenix in Salamanca. The room was clean and comfortable, with an effective heating system that kept me warm on a cold night. The hotel's location was convenient, close to the old city and with a supermarket nearby. The staff, from the restaurant to the reception, were all very courteous and helpful. I had a pleasant and enjoyable stay.
The only thing that could have been better was the morning meal.
